Creating 15 sec. song clips from mp3s in bulk

I have a music library of over 5k mp3s. What I'd like to be able to do is create audio clips of each song lasting for 15 seconds (beginning at the first minute into the song) in bulk.
I've been playing around and exploring the software for a while but i'm not sure how to accomplish this. Is it even possible?

The closest Audacity is going to come to this is the Chains command in 1.3.

Thanks for the reply. Within chains, what command (and parameters) can be used for trimming an mp3 to 15 secs starting at the 60 second mark?

But I think not close enough. As far as I know Audacity can not do this.

A combination of VBScriptPowerShellscripting of choice and
MP3DirectCut from the command line might get you what you want...

Any ideas on how this could be accomplished? Or is what I'm trying to do beyond what Audacity is capable of doing?

Audacity cannot do that as a batch job. With Audacity you would need to edit one file at a time.
