Probably Steve Harris's "Plate Reverb" effect, part of the LADSPA set of plug-ins for Audacity. See this page:

G-Verb is not the easiest, but it can produce very good results and there are some detailed instructions on how to use it available here:

I generally use the "Duplicate and mix together" approach.
I do not personally recommend using VST effects with Audacity (although some users would not be without them). The main issues against using VST effects are that the custom VST interface is not available in Audacity (due to licensing restrictions) and perhaps more importantly it is very easy to stop Audacity from working at all by simply having a single incompatible VST plug-in installed anywhere on your computer (if the VST bridge is installed in Audacity). These issues can be avoided by sticking to Nyquist and Ladspa plug-ins.
