Whenever I use the repeat effect, I get a strange pop after each segment ends. I think they're called sector binary errors, or SBE's but I'm not sure.... again I'm kind of to electronic stuff (i took me ten minutes to figure out how to post a topic) but I understand it mostly.

It's usually called a "glitch".
When you select the audio that you want to repeat, zoom in very close on the left and right ends of selection. Ideally you want to make a selection that starts and ends with the volume level at zero. If there is a sudden jump in the waveform when the first section finishes and the first repeated copy begins, then you will hear that jump as a click. To avoid those clicks you need to make your select so that there is no sudden jump.
