Does anybody understand what I'm saying here, I want to access a Au file I created so I can get the last settings I made in Gverb.

When I open the file in audacity, the Gverb setting don't go to the settings I made for that file, the Gverb setting go to their default config.

Does anybody know how I can get the settings I made in Gverb from this file?

If you are referring to the .au files that are in the project data folder, you should not be trying to access these. They are data files, and making any changes to any of them will destroy your Audacity project.

Unfortunately there is no way to save or retrieve G-Verb settings other than writing them down on a piece of paper. G-Verb is not actually part of the Audacity code, it is a plug-in effect.
