Hello
A school I support has Audacity installed on 30 laptops. They also have around 30 different pupils who need to logon to these laptops to access Audacity.
They asked that I download and add the MP3 lame encoder. I have done this. However, each time a different pupil lor teacher logs onto a laptop I have to export the encoder within Audacity. This is time-consuming. They don't always use the same laptops either. Is there a way this can be done in one go on a network or the laptops?
Many thanks,
Jeff

Re: LAME ENCODER ON A NETWORK
Try putting Lame in the Audacity program directory on each computer.
