I recorded a couple different tracks and wanted to separate the sound of them so one would come out the right and one out the left, and no sound comes out the left. I know it's not my speakers problem because sound comes out of the left speaker when I listen to music or watch video. How do I fix this?

Have you set your preferences to stereo???
Open Audacity, click edit, scroll to preferences, click Audio i/o tab, click the drop down arrow in recording, set to two channels. Click OK and try again.
