Is there a way I can cut the drum lines out of an mp3 recording? If so, how? Cheers

Strike one is the song being an MP3. MP3 compression tends to blur the ability of production tools.
Strike two and three are if the song is in mono. All the separation and isolation tools work in stereo only.
You might be able to get the Center Pan Removal tools to do this. Frequently, when the singer goes away, the drums go, too.
There are all the tools that I know of that do this kind of work. Some do both isolation and removal...
Center Pan Remover (Voice Remover--Search the page for "Center Pan Remover")

Voice Isolator (Opposite of Center Pan Remover)
Voice Trap

My answer would be "no", but do have a go with Voice Trap and Extra Boy, you may get better results than I expect.
