Help with patching playback with headphones

I am using version 1.2.6.
I record guitar with a 1/4 to usb cable it has a 1/4 headphone jack where it plugs into my amp. i use this to year playback while recording with no latency. my question is when i get done recording a track i usually record harmonies or rhythm afterward so how do i go about hearing both versions of playback simultaneously on my headphones? thanks in advance.
