I just purchased a model F63 USB Turntable from Heartland. However, the included software disc is cracked, not scratched, and will not load. I have no idea what software is on it therefore, if there is downloadable software to replace it, please let me know. Otherwise I will probably have to return the whole package just to get another unit with its disc.

The details of this TT available on t'interweb are sparse to say the least - so it is impossible to tell what software they shipped with it.
Should work fine with Audacity though (you most likely shouldn't need special USB drivers) - and you can download Audacity free from here: http://audacityteam.org/
I'd recommend starting off with the 1.2.6 release (and not the beta 1.3)
