I know it seems strange, but your turntable is the "Microphone AK 5371".

When you reboot your computer with the turntable connected Windows should automatically install it, though there may be no signs that it is doing anything. When booting is complete yo need to open Audacity and in "Preferences" on the "Audio I/O" tab, select "Microphone AK 5371" as the recording device.
