Re: How do I record my USB Keyboard/Piano?
I do it by patching the headphone output of the keyboard into a splitter. One half goes to my killer sound system and the other half goes to the Line-In of my computer. Launch Audacity and record my brains out.
That's how I recorded the piano performance...

If it won't play live, download it. It's short.

Does Audacity support input from USB devices?
The literature is lacking on the subject, though I've seen some mentions of USB microphones and turntables, I'm also interested in keyboards.
But Audacity doesn't recognize my USB keyboard as an option for input.
In my control panel -> sounds and audio devices menu, I can select my Yahama keyboard for MIDI music playback, but not as a recording device.
Another program, Anvil Studios, is able to recognize and record via USB from my keyboard.
So, back to the original question: is Audacity able to record sound from a keyboard connected through USB?

Re: How do I record my USB Keyboard/Piano?
Your keyboard is probably not outputting audio data through the USB cable, it is probably outputting MIDI data.
Audacity can record audio data from USB, but not MIDI data. MIDI data is not "sound", it is just a series of commands to tell a synthesizer to make some sounds http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Musical_In ... _Interface
If your keyboard has an audio output, then you can probably record from that socket by connecting it to your sound cards audio input.
