I think that you are going to need to buy an external sound card.
If you are not wanting to spend much money, I would suggest the Behringer UCA 202.
You will also need a stereo phono to phono lead so that you can connect the output of the sound card to the input (you will be able to listen by plugging headphones into the UCA 202). Your computer will then be able to play through the UCA 202, and because you have the output linked to the input, you will be able to record what your computer is playing with Audacity.
There are many other sound cards that would also be suitable, but this is one that I have used and the sound quality is pretty good and the price is pretty inexpensive.
Note that you may need to run your laptop from batteries while you record to avoid picking up noise from the power supply.
