Removing cross fade

I have a large mp3 file that contains 12 tracks that
are cross faded

My question is, how do I split this file into 12
separate mp3 files, without doing it manually ?

You can set labels at appropriate places within the cross fade, then use "Export Multiple".

You will not be able to "un-cross-fade" the ends of each piece.
