hi all, how do i stretch a sound as this sound was originally a 22050hz but i want to make it a 44100hz but when i change the sound to 44100hz it shrinks the sound and makes it sound completely wrong...
so basically how do you stretch a 44100hz sound to get the same sound affect as 22050hz

Change the project rate with the little button at lower left. The next time you Export a sound file, the music will be at the new rate.
You understand it won't sound any better. Once subsampling damage has been burned in, it's permanent.
