Adjusting volume within a track

Hello! I'm remixing a song for someone and they're asking me to increase or decrease volumes within tracks (i.e. - lower volume on Track One between 1:20 and 1:28). I can adjust the volume of the entire track, but is there a way within effects or somewhere else where I can just adjust it a bit for a portion of a song rather than the whole track?
Thank you!

Envelope tool. Middle-top of the six block tools in the upper left of the timeline. That will launch steering lines in your timeline. You can establish pivot points and change the volume from anything to anything else second by second or better.

I did try using the "normalize" effect and it worked somewhat.

As Koz says - the "Envelope Tool" is the right tool for the job. You can get the envelope tool by pressing the F2 key - Press the F1 key to go back to the normal "selection tool".
