I dusted off my turntable after about a year and before I believe i had the audacity software set up to just play back records off the little microphone input button on the top. well i selected something off that toolbar and now i cant hear anything while the turntable is going, i've set the audacity audio options with my windows options, so i know im right there. how do i select the monitor input option at the top again.

Edit > Preferences > Audio I/O > selections on the bottom.
Sometimes you need to restart Audacity after you change one of those.
