editing a saved project
I saved several projects in audacity, and then exported them all into MP3 files. Now I'm wondering, could I somehow pull up the original saved project file in audacity and then "export as WAV" this time instead of as MP3? (I would like to have the files in Wav format)

Re: editing a saved project
It depends whether you did any housekeepung and removed the project files (.aup file, folder - and a lot of little .au files in the folder) - If you still have those, and haven't moved them around, then you should be able to re-open tam - and then export as WAV.
A tip for the future: when you have finished a project and are ready to export the MP3(s) also export (and backup) a set of WAV(s) too. You can always re-open the WAVS in Audacity with no loss of sound quality. And once you have the WAVs backed up safely, then you can release some space on your disk by deleting the Audacity project files .
