Track Mixing

I am compiling a new multi sound track for an Audio Visual show. The source music and sound effects have been imported into Audacity from CD's and the internet. I was working on it just now and noticed some of the imports are stereo, some mono, some 44100HZ and the rest 22050HZ. I will be exporting them as an MP3 file inot Pictures to EXE the AV editing programm.

My question is will the differences in the tracks affect the final result?

Audacity will mix down all the clips to a single file when you Export the audio. The sample rate of the Exported audio will be the same as the "Project Sample Rate" which is selected in the box at the bottom left of the main Audacity screen. A good sample rate for the project would be 44100Hz or 48000Hz (Check to see what your AV program supports).
