LP Recording Problem

OKAY, so I just downloaded the program today and I recorded a 7" and a 12" record perfectly fine with no problems at all. In between those two and the next record I had to have pressed something because when I played back the recording this annoying galloping/blip shows up. it doesn't play during really quiet parts or in between songs either but otherwise it constantly shows up. i'm pretty positive its not my TT setup because it did the same thing when i went from my cd play to pc or straight from an mp3 player to pc as well. any help would be appreciated.
