i tried to download the Lame MP3 Encoder, when i click to download the zip-file i get the folowing message: "You are not permitted to access the requested URL"
i use Win XP, tries with Mozilla and Explorer. no chance... what can i do?

Follow the links in the Audacity wiki (link at top of page) for downloading LAME.
Occasionally the download may be unavailable for short periods, so if the link does not work one day, keep trying.
