Hey guys
Im trying to record a phone in for a podcast i listen too , and after i've recorded what i want to say i want to put an small mp3 file clip at the end of it. But every time i do this , the clip plays , buts it high pitched!!
Please help?

Put the mp3 on a separate track.
All tracks will be mixed together when you Export your finished audio.

"Time Shift Tool"
It looks like a double headed arrow (F5 key will select it - F12 key to go back to the normal "Selection Tool")
With the "Time Shift Tool", click on the audio that you want to move, and drag it to where you want it.
Using Ctrl+Mouse Wheel enables you to quickly zoom in/out which makes it easier to position it correctly.
There's a lot of features in Audacity 1.3.6 that make handling audio clips easier, so at some point you may want to consider upgrading.
