Hi, I'm a drummer who loves to play along with songs on my MP3 player, but some of my favorite songs have a really low drum volume that makes it really hard to learn. I know it's not possible to isolate the drums since it's not the master track, but is there anyway to augment the drums making them much clearer?

Edit: I forgot to mention that I use Windows XP, if that helps

Have a play with the "Equalizer" effect.
You may be able to suppress some of the other sounds to some extent and bring out the drums a bit more.
