When I open up audacity ?'s comes up. The program has no writting on it, only ?'s. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but the same results. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like the language selection is incorrect.
Try resetting the "Preferences" http://audacityteam.org/wiki/index.php? ... references
