Moving vocals to be in time with music?

Post by matrix2021 » Thu Oct 23, 2008 3:44 pm

Hi all, I've been scanning through the help topics and cant seem to find anything that will help. Basically i've got an instrumental track, and my vocals on one project, but what i thought would be an easy task of highlighting my vocals to paste in time to the music doesnt seem to be happening... when I highlight the entire vocal track, and move the cursor to where I want my vocal track to be in time with the instrumental, it just goes right back to the start. Anyone got any ideas?

Cheers

Use the "Time shift" tool (double headed arrow) to slide the audio left/right along the track.
