Playback is slower than original

I need to combine three mp3 files into one. One of them is 128 kbps and the other two are at 320 kbps. I set the project to stereo 44100 hz and default sample rate of 32 bit float. I am using audacity 1.2.6.

The song that is at 128 kbps plays slower that the original track. How do I fix this?

Import each file onto its own track
Adjust their position along the time line using the "Time shift" tool (double headed arrow)
Export (the tracks will be mixed into a single track when you export).
