Audacity 1.2.x is now obsolete. Please use the current Audacity 2.1.x version.

The final version of Audacity for Windows 98/ME is the legacy 2.0.0 version.

click removal

I have been using click removal but I think that the default values are wrong or have changed.
OS Windows XP Pro SVC pack 2. I am using Audacity1.3.4 Beta
What are a good set of default/start values for click/pop removal dialog. I realize that each track will vary
but I would like to have a set of values to start with for :
Select threshold value
Max spike width
:D

That must be why you posted on the 1.2.x forum ;)

The defaults in Audacity 1.3.5 are 200 (threshold) and 20 (max spike)
I guess 1.3.4 is probably the same.

Thank you, and I just saw that there is a separate forum for 1.3.x. Sorry about that, but again thanks. :D
