Is there any way to change the units on the time ruler?

Post by Android2137 » Sat Sep 27, 2008 11:51 pm

I saw view>set selection format>NTSC frames 29.97 frames, but I can't figure out how to set the time ruler units from seconds to frames. I have to animate to music at that fps, so is there a way to change those units or do I have to calculate everything the old-fashioned way?

Unfortunately the time line always shows seconds (and decimals, depending on the zoom level), however, by typing numbers into the selection toolbar you can move to precise positions, and the selection toolbar can show either the end position, or the length of the selected audio, so much of the "old-fashioned" calculations are done for you.
