No Sound

Post by KeepOurFreedoms » Thu Feb 16, 2012 4:05 am

I've tried making a recording, but I get no sound on playback. Also, it looks like when I'm recording it picks up my talking. Does anyone have a detailed answer for me?
Thanks.

So far we know you don't want to record your voice. What do you want to record? What kind of computer do you have? Koz

I have a HP laptop with Vista. I want to record 33rpm records. I don't know too much about what else can be recorded. What other information do you need that would help?

Ok have a read of this set of tutorials from the 1.3/2.0 manual: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Tuto ... iscs_to_CD

And do yourself a bif favour and upgrade to 1.3.14: http://audacityteam.org/download/

And keep an eye out for an impending 2.0 release
