cassette to cd problem

I was so happy i found 
Audacity ,I have these old Sinarta tapes ,and I wanted to change them to cd before the tapes went bad , well I hooked up my tape player to computer and everything went great ,It recored it and played back beautiful but then came the problems of getting them to windows media player so i could burn them to cd HELP!I saved them but could not export to where i wanted, I hope you can help me and Frankie
