could not open MP3 encoding library

I am using Audacity 1.2.6I for my window xp and already download the LAME MP3 encoder, but the file cannot be located lame_enc.dll and could not open MP3 encoding library, please advise

Try using Audacity 1.3.13 (it works well on XP)
