Russian Interface

How to get user interface in other lanuages than Russian. I installed Audacity once in English and got Russian Intreface. I installed a second time Audacity in French and got again Russian interface.

Audacity 1.2 asks which language you want during the installation.
I'm guessing that since you asked this question you are wanting to know about Audacity 1.3.x, (even though you've posted in the Audacity 1.2.x part of the forum).
Audacity 1.3 uses the system language by default.
To change the language, go into Preferences and select the language that you want (see here for details:
