Audacity 1.2.x is now obsolete. Please use the current Audacity 2.1.x version.

The final version of Audacity for Windows 98/ME is the legacy 2.0.0 version.

See here: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Podc ... ng_Effects

You'll probably want to use a reverb effect, so see here: http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/GVerb

Select the track you want to echo (for example) by clicking on the sound data panel on the left. Then Effect > Echo or Effect > GVerb. Echo isn't one single thing. You get to tune how large the room is, etc.

You can also Drag-Select a small portion of the timeline show and add effects just to that portion.

Use Audacity 1.3.13. http://audacityteam.org/download/beta_windows

The USB microphone mus be connected before you open Audacity.

This tutorial will probably be helpful: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Tuto ... _Recording

Shot by shot production and effects is serious college level course on audio production. Not something we can help with in a simple forum. If one of the elves has time to deal with the intricacies of each tool, we'll be there, but maybe not.

We also have the rest of the forum to deal with.

If you have a specific failure, post back.

It looks like "your" video is subject to someone else’s copyright.
All I see is:

"This video contains content from The Orchard Music, Stingray and INgrooves, one or more of whom have blocked it in your country on copyright grounds. Sorry about that."
