How to change the language

Hi. I have looked and looked in the Audacity cluster of sites for info on displaying Hebrew and Arabic fonts in track labels and reversing the flow of the waveform and labels tracks from the Euro-centric left to right instead to flow from roight to left as Hebrew and Arabic read. But haven't been about to find anything. There are subtitled and Closed-Captioned video in Arabic and Hebrew so it seems reasonable to me that there should be an open source audio editor with this functionality but haven't found it in Audacity yet which I am sure must be due to my unfamiliarity with how the Audacity help pages, wikis and fora all work and where the info is squirreled away. So anyway please do help me to find this information! Thanks!

The default language for Audacity is American English.
It has been translated to a greater or lesser extent into 47 other languages.
Translations are provided by skilled volunteers that produce translations files. Some of the documentation has also been translated.
The mechanism used for translating Audacity applies only to text and not to other graphical elements such as the flow of the waveform and labels tracks.
I disagree that the direction of the flow of the waveform is "Eurocentric", but if it really bothers you, Audacity is open source and you are at liberty to modify it to suit your preference.
If you are skilled in multiple languages (including English) then you may be interested in helping with the translation of the Audacity software, web site and Beta Manual. See here for more information:
