Manual trim only working in 10 second block

I had an older version of Audacity before a computer crash....and if I wanted to trim manually...I could just click and drag it to where ever I wanted and then cut. Since I uploaded the newest version of Audacity... it will only highlight to trim in 10 second chunks (if expanded...then it's 1 second)...so I am not able to trim accurately. Did I accidently click something? Is this a new feature that really sucks?
