I am trying to record my computer's output, and everyone is telling me to select something from the mixer drop down menu, but it is grayed out. I tryed downloading it before, in which case it just wasn't there, but this time I just can;t click on it.

What should I do?

I run Windows XP and recording input from my mic works fine.
