P L E A S E HELP ME REMOVING THIS NOISE

How do I remove this air noise from my recording....When I turn up the volume, Its basically wind(or air) noise!
I want everything dead silent except the voices!!!! How do I do that?????
ANYONE KNOW HOW!?? PLEASE HELP ME OUT! ITS VERY IMPORTANT.
I tried attaching the file for you to see, but 8 seconds of it was apparently too big????

AUP isn't a sound file. It's a Project management text file.
To get a sound file, you need to Export one.
Select five or six seconds of simple sound and then noise by itself. File > Export > FLAC files. Attach that to your posting.

I didnt see any 'flac'...just export as wav mp3 or oggvorbis....and when I tried as those, it was too big. can you give me your email??

We really need to straighten out your software before we go any further or we're just going to make it worse. What version Audacity are you using? I don't know where it is in Windows. Help > About Audacity? Audacity > About?

On Windows you will find that information in "Help menu > About Audacity".
If the version is earlier than 1.3.13 I would highly recommend that you upgrade.
Audacity 1.3.13 is the latest (and best) version and is available here:
http://audacityteam.org/download/
Exporting as a Flac file is possible in Audacity 1.2.6, but a bit complicated to do, so it will be a lot easier if we know that you're using the latest (1.3.13) version of Audacity.

hey Koz, Steve...I appreciate the help. I just upgraded (i had the 1.2 version)
here is the attachment!
I want to have only the voices heard!!! When I turn the volume up i hear all this wind or air noise and background noise.
If anyone can help me out I would great appreciate it! Thanks in advance.

Sorry James but you're asking for miracles.
There is just about every type of noise in that audio sample including broad-band noise, intermittent clunking, and multiple background voices.
A small amount of noise reduction is possible, but not enough to make the main voices clear.
