Exporting in AIFF

I do voice over work and I have a client who want the uncompressed files sent as 24bit 48kHz aiffs.
I don't see that Audacity has those exact settings. Am I missing something? This is the first time I have had someone ask for AIFF, so I am not familiar with it at all.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Upgrade to Audacity 1.3.13 http://audacityteam.org/download/

To Export as 24bit 48kHz AIFF:

1) Click in the "Project Rate" box in the lower left corner of the main Audacity window and set it to 48000
2) File menu > Export
3) Select "Other uncompressed files" as the file type.
4) Click on the "Options" button
5) Select "Header: AIFF" and "Encoding: Signed 24 bit PCM"
6) Enter a name for the file including the .aiff file extension
7) Click the "Save" button.
