From pinnacle studio 9 to utube

Hail the reader and bless the respondent.
I have rendered a video to AVI in Pinnacle Studio 9v4.3 which also plays on windows media.
I can not for the life of me fathom how to upload to utube.
Can some one please enlighten an old (73) green horn
