Audacity Forum

Hi. Is there a way of opening the data files into audacity to save them as an aup file? This is because I accidently deleted the aup file, (stupid I know) and no longer have it on the computer, I have ran a search for it but it is not there, so the only way I can recover my track is by opening the data files...hope you can help.
