My input is not available in the dropdown box for some reason. Anyone know how to fix this?

Looking deep into my crystal ball I'm guessing that you're using Windows Vista or Windows 7 with the wrong version of Audacity and you haven't read this:

You can download Audacity 1.3.12 from here: http://audacityteam.org/download/

If you've already got Audacity 1.3.12, you've posted in the wrong part of the forum (this part is for Audacity 1.2.x)
