ntdll.dll problem while opening *.wav files

When I'm trying to open any file in Audacity there's a problem report and Audacity is closing. The signature of error below:

AppName: audacity.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 000188fa

I tried couple of methods to make my Audacity works. First I had version 1.2.6 on my PC. When problem appeard i deleted it and installed version 1.2.3. I was working for couple weeks and error appeard again.

And now, when I'm running Audacity there's a report about temporary files in folder. I've read http://audacityteam.org/wiki/index.php? ... shRecovery it but it didn't help.

Please, help me, I need Audacity everyday and I don't know what to do :(
