Accessing Help File

I have downloaded the HELP file. Where do I need to place it to be able to locate it from within Audacity? Thanks for the help!
In the current versions of Audacity, this does not work. Just put them in a folder anywhere and make a link somewhere convenient. Once you have been using Audacity for a couple of weeks you probably won't need the help files anyway.
Hopefully version 1.4 (when it is released) will have the help files available from within the help menu.
