Page Cannot Be Displayed?

When I go to download the LAME MP3 converter file, it says the page cannot be displayed

and my internet is working fine...

Any reason why this is happening and when it will be back again?

Much appreciated.

Confirmed - I just needed to download LAME for my new laptop - and I also get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage).
