Page Cannot Be Displayed?

When I go to download the LAME MP3 converter file, it says the page cannot be displayed :? and my internet is working fine...

Any reason why this is happening and when it will be back again?

Much appreciated.

Confirmed - I just needed to download LAME for my new laptop - and I also get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage).
