I need some serious HELP

I have no idea what happened. I just got finished recording a harmony and now all of a sudden, I can't do anything. I can't stop, I can't play, I can't pause, I can't edit at all, I can't save. Nothing. Everything is greyed out and I really really really don't want to lose this recording. Can anybody help me? Does anyone know what would cause this to happen?

Have you run low on disk space?
