To whom it may concern.

I need someone to possibly remote connect with me (someone who knows what they are doing) and help me to figure what's not right and why it won't record properly.

I want to be able to record streaming webradio (like I could when I had XP).

I am new to vista and im not sure if there are device issues or if it's something with audacity that i just don't have set correctly.

I have no experience of Vista so can't offer direct help - but have you seen this page on the Wiki: http://audacityteam.org/wiki/index.php? ... s_Vista_OS

You may be able to get it to work by looping back your output to the input of your soundcard (which is what I do on XP with my external soundcard to record streaming).

BTW: you and another Vista post I read yesterday are making me very glad that I just ordered my new Dell laptop with the o/s "downgraded" to XP-PRO.
