Recording issue.

This one's a real puzzler so I'm hoping someone can help me on this one. I have used Audacity for a few years now and have recorded one full album already, but at the moment I am unable to record anything at all. I'm using version 1.2.6 and a Behringer Xenyx 1204 mixer with a USB/audio UCA200 interface (basically a usb connection for mixer to computer).
Here's a list of the things I've already checked:-
My mixer is fine (just bought a new one as my last one blew up), as are my USB interface, audio cables, mic and lead.
Have been through all my mixer settings etc.
All Audacity settings (including formats and recordings)
Interference from Antivirus, Firewall, and other security settings.
Have reinstalled my version of Audacity
Have looked at my computers sound hardware and performed diagnostic checks.
Sound software settings and diagnostics.
My computers USB connection (works with my dig cam and is fine on diagnostic.)
I am even unable to record a copy of a previously recorded track, there is simply no output at all.
Any ideas would be great as I'm stumped, and working as an artist I really need to use the programme as soon as I can.
Hope someone's got an answer. Cheers, C.
