vocal prob(im a new user)
hi there im kind of new in using audacity. I already imported a song and follow instructions on how to take the vocals out. somehow i can still hear some wierd little echos of voice. do anyone of you know how to deal with those little voices?

Did you wonder why the tool wasn't called "Vocal Remover", but instead "Center Pan Remover." That's because what it does is remove everything in the exact middle of a stereo performance. Did you notice the drums probably vanished as well? Sometimes bass guitar goes, too. Anything in the middle.
It's not unusual for stereo echo effects to be added to a singer's voice in the recording studio to make them sound better. These effects are not in the middle and don't vanish when the main singer's voice goes.
Here are two tools that are very much more sophisticated and may help, but don't bet a lot of money on it.
