Distorted files after recover

After recover files not saved using Audacity Recover Utility, the files are transformed into wav. But by opening audacity, it look distorted. How to fix them?

I presume that it also sounds distorted?
Could the distortion be the result of recording too loud? If it is, then it can probably not be fixed. If it is a recording of speech, then using the Equalization effect or a low pass filter to remove high frequencies (above ~5kHz) may make it sound a bit less bad.

Hi Steve, sorry I used the term distortion, in fact, are flawed (jumps), loss of continuity during the execution of sound

Unfortunately that means that manual recovery has failed.
I think the failure is fatal to the show
For future use, I would highly recommend that you upgrade to Audacity 1.3.12. On most machines 1.3.12 is much more reliable, and in the event of a crash it has automatic crash recovery, which while not yet perfect will usually succeed in automatically recovering the data when Audacity is next opened.
Note that while Audacity 1.3.x can open files saved by 1.2.x, Audacity 1.2.x cannot open projects that have been saved by Audacity 1.3.x
