Why Is The Preview Set For 3 secs of Audio That Is Not Enough Time To Tell The Quality Of The Music. Audacity Should Make A More Custamizable Preview Time From 30Secs To 2 Mins. Please Anyone Out There Having The Same Problem. Please Post Answer. Thank You!

Upgrade to 1.3.12 then you can set the preview time in preferences -

I had a similar problem so thanks for answering the question before I even asked it.
